We had an incredible time being part of this year’s Basehor Homecoming Parade on Thursday night. It’s always a highlight of our fall season to march alongside the community and represent our studio with pride! So many of our students participated this year, and it was a joy to see dancers of all ages waving, smiling, tossing candy, and dancing their way down the streets of Basehor. Our decorated trailer was filled with excited students and staff, and the crowd’s energy made it such a memorable night for everyone involved.
This tradition gives us a chance to showcase our students beyond the stage, and we love watching them light up while interacting with our community. Events like this help our dancers feel connected, confident, and proud of where they come from. It’s these moments that make our studio feel like a true part of Basehor.
We’re so thankful to the organizers of the Homecoming Parade for allowing us to be part of this celebration, and to the families who helped make it all happen — from decorating the float to cheering from the sidelines.
